Shipping Information

NOTE: This shipping information does NOT apply to TAG’s wholesale retail customers (B2B) given individual accounts and trading terms are in existence.

 

Shipping to locations within Australia

We use Australia Post and Startrack for shipping.

All orders will be packed and dispatched from TAG’s warehouse located in Adelaide, Australia.

At ‘check out’ you will be able to select from 2 delivery services as follows:

Standard (Flat Shipping Charge of $10)

  • Most standard deliveries are received within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch, however please allow up to 7 business days depending on your delivery address. During peak holiday seasons delivery may take a little longer. If you live in more remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few additional days for delivery. Standard deliveries are Trackable.

Express (Flat Shipping Charge of $20)

  • Most express deliveries are received within 1 to 2 business days, however please allow up to 4 business days depending on your delivery address. The Express service covers almost 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. The service operates between all major cities and some major centres.
  • Express deliveries are trackable but do NOT require a signature upon delivery and may be left at your premises if you are not in attendance at the time of delivery. If you are concerned about your order delivery we recommend nominating a work or relatives address so person to person delivery can take place. We cannot be held responsible for unattended parcels.

Shipping to countries and locations outside of Australia (overseas)

NOTE: Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur "Customs Charges" and "Duties" once the order reaches its destination port and must be paid by you directly. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse you for any of these charges and duties IF they are applied by authorities in your country.

We use Australia Post for shipping to locations in countries outside of Australia.

All orders will be packed and dispatched from TAG’s warehouse located in Adelaide, Australia.

We want to ensure a high level of service is provided for our International customers, therefore we are offering Flat Rate EXPRESS POST shipping charges to various countries and regions as detailed in the table below for orders up to 2 kgs and 2 levels of shipping service (Standard or Express) for orders above 2kgs. At ‘check out’ you will be able to select from these 2 International Australia Post delivery services.

For orders over 2kgs you will be able to select from the following 2 shipping services:

Standard International

  • Most Standard International deliveries are received within 4 to 10 business days from dispatch. (This service does not require a signature on delivery). During peak holiday seasons delivery may take a little longer. Depending on your country and location within your country, you may need to allow a few additional days for delivery.

Express International

  • Most Express International deliveries are received within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. (This service requires a signature on delivery, so please check with your local post office if its late). During peak holiday seasons delivery may take a little longer. Depending on your country and location within your country, you may need to allow a few additional days for delivery.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia we will send you an email with a link to your tracking information so you can follow the journey of your packaged order via ‘Australia Post.

In the event that you are having problems tracking your order package please contact us at via email at customer.service@theairdgroup.com providing your order and tracking number so we can investigate it for you.

There may be various countries and regional areas within countries that Australia Post may not be able to make a delivery. If this relates to the delivery address of your order, we sincerely apologies in advance. Should this happen, we will contact you on the email address you provided us and arrange cancellation of your order or delivery to an alternative address.

Same day shipping guarantee

Orders received with clear payment by 11am (Adelaide CST) Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched the same day, however in rare circumstances beyond our control shipment of orders can be delayed (eg Power Blackout or software malfunction). In addition please keep in mind that even though we dispatch promptly, delivery dates can be affected by circumstances
